We provide premium quality beef that is safe, healthy, and delicious! You don’t have to wonder about your food source any longer. We grow our own beef and finish them to the liking of the customers that we serve. Our beef is fed a ration of grain and hay. We don’t use any hormones or unnecessary antibiotics in the animals that we butcher for you. We strictly adhere to the beef quality assurance guidelines in our industry. All of our Bryce Cattle beef is processed at a USDA inspected meat center for your quality assurance. We offer hamburger by the pound or in mixed quarters.
All of our mixed quarters are custom cut to your preferences. The families we serve have different situations and tastes so we do our best to serve your needs. Typically a quarter will range from 200 lbs to 250 lbs (estimated hanging weight). We offer product that is excellent marbling for high quality steaks or some a bit leaner for those that prefer. When you buy beef from us, you can save money and know that you are getting a high quality product that you can trust and enjoy!
